1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of seandwyercoaching.com (the “Site”) and any digital products or coaching services you buy through it. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
We are Sean Dwyer Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”), based at Belfast Northern Ireland.

2. Health disclaimer
The information, programmes, and coaching offered through this Site are provided for general fitness and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for consulting a qualified medical professional.
Before starting any new training or nutrition programme - particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or surgery, taking medication, or have any pre-existing health condition - you should consult your GP or a qualified medical professional. By purchasing or using any product or service from us, you confirm that you accept this responsibility and that you participate at your own risk.
3. Your account and information
You agree to provide accurate information when filling in any form on the Site or buying a product. You are responsible for keeping your login details (where applicable) confidential.
4. Buying digital downloads
4.1 What you’re buying
Most products on the Site are digital downloads (PDF training programmes, nutrition guides, and similar). Once paid for, you will receive an email with a secure download link.
4.2 Download limits
For security reasons, each download link is valid for a limited number of downloads (default: 5 per order) and expires after a set time window (default: 72 hours from purchase). Save the file locally as soon as you download it. If your link expires before you’ve been able to use it, contact us and we’ll usually be happy to reissue it.
4.3 Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
4.4 Right to cancel - important notice for digital products
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. By proceeding with a digital download purchase, you expressly agree that supply of the download begins immediately and you acknowledge that this right to cancel is lost as soon as the download is started or completed.
If you have not yet downloaded the file, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@seandwyercoaching.com.
4.5 Faulty or misdescribed products
If a product turns out to be faulty (e.g. the file is corrupt) or significantly different from how it was described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please email us within a reasonable time of the problem coming to light.
5. Coaching services
Where you purchase 1-to-1 coaching, the specific terms of that engagement (sessions included, duration, communication channels, cancellation policy) will be set out in your individual coaching agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, videos, logos, programme designs, downloadable PDFs — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
When you buy a digital programme you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use it for your own training. You may not:
share, redistribute, resell, or upload the file anywhere else,
post the contents (in whole or in part) on social media or in any group, paid or otherwise,
use the contents to train other clients commercially, or
create derivative products based on it.
Breach of this clause may result in your access being revoked without refund and may give us grounds to pursue further remedies.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its admin areas,
introduce any virus, worm, or other malicious code,
scrape, harvest, or mass-download content,
use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these rules.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. supplement brands, equipment retailers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
For any other type of loss, our total liability arising from your use of the Site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Privacy and cookies
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated version. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
13. Contact
