COOKIE POLICY
Last updated: November 2026
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner.
How we use cookies
This site uses two categories of cookies:
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function. They handle session management, security (CSRF protection), and remembering items in your shopping cart. They cannot be disabled.
- laravel_session — maintains your session across page loads.
- XSRF-TOKEN — protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These cookies collect information in an aggregated, anonymous form.
- _ga, _ga_* — set by Google Analytics to distinguish users and sessions.
We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you accept analytics cookies, no analytics cookies are stored on your device.
Training Log
Our free Training Log runs at log.seandwyercoaching.com. It stores your workouts, body stats, photos and settings in your browser’s storage on your device (IndexedDB) so the log works, including offline. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us; delete it at any time with Delete all data in the log. The log asks separately whether you accept analytics cookies, and uses the same Google Analytics 4 setup and Consent Mode described above. Its analytics never include your workouts, body stats or photos.
If you are one of Sean’s coaching clients and sign in to the log, it also sets these strictly necessary cookies on log.seandwyercoaching.com only, to keep you signed in and protect your account. They are not used for tracking and are removed when you sign out:
- sdc-training-log-session — your signed-in session; expires after 2 hours of inactivity.
- remember_web_* — keeps you signed in on this device between visits, until you sign out.
- XSRF-TOKEN — protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
Managing your consent
You can change your choice at any time by clicking , or by clearing the cookie_consent entry in your browser’s site storage. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings — see aboutcookies.org for guidance.
Third-party services
When you proceed to checkout, you are redirected to Stripe to complete your payment. Stripe may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy, which you can read at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
