1-to-1 Personal Training

For those who prefer hands-on coaching, Sean offers in-person personal training sessions in Belfast.

Training face-to-face means real-time technique correction, in-session motivation, and a level of accountability that's hard to replicate on your own. Every session is programmed in advance and tailored to your goals - whether that's fat loss, building muscle, improving strength, or simply feeling more confident in the gym.

1-to-1 training is ideal for anyone who wants expert guidance in person, prefers a structured gym environment, or is new to training and wants to build a strong foundation from day one.

Youth Coaching

Sean works with young athletes and teenagers looking to build healthy training habits early.

Youth coaching focuses on movement quality, bodyweight strength, coordination, and building confidence in a supportive environment. Programming is age-appropriate and designed to complement school sport, develop athleticism, and establish a positive relationship with fitness that lasts into adulthood.

Whether your child plays team sport and wants to improve performance, or simply wants to get active with proper guidance, youth coaching provides a safe and structured introduction to training.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I recommend a minimum of 12 weeks to see meaningful, lasting results. Real transformation takes time and consistency. However, most clients choose to continue beyond the initial period as they see the value in ongoing coaching support. There is no lock-in contract -- you can cancel at any time.
Not necessarily. Your programme will be tailored to whatever equipment you have access to, whether that's a fully equipped commercial gym, a basic home setup with dumbbells and a bench, or even just your bodyweight. I'll design the best possible plan for your situation.
Both options are available. Online coaching is delivered remotely via a coaching app with weekly check-ins, direct messaging, and video form reviews. In-person coaching includes face-to-face sessions at a Belfast-based gym. Hybrid options combining both are also available.
Because coaching is a personalised service that begins immediately upon sign-up, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you feel coaching is not right for you within the first 7 days, get in touch and we'll discuss your options. My goal is to make sure every client is fully supported.
Most clients begin to notice changes in energy, strength, and how their clothes fit within the first 2-4 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically become noticeable around 6-8 weeks. The rate of progress depends on your starting point, consistency, and adherence to the plan. I'll set realistic expectations during your consultation.
